BIRTH DOULA

As your doula I will provide you with emotional and physical support to have your birth your way without judgement.

My services include:

• one complimentary meet and greet

• one or two prenatal visits

• unlimited phone/email support 24/7

• on call for you 24/7 beginning at 37 weeks

• continuous support during labor and birth

• one follow up postnatal visit within the first week following the birth

POSTPARTUM DOULA

The postpartum period or what is sometimes referred to as the fourth trimester is a crucial period that is way too often overlooked. It is a time to nourish and replenish. To rest and bond.

As your postpartum doula, I will nurture and provide emotional support, assist in breastfeeding where I can or help refer out when I cannot, assist in meal prep and cooking, help with light housework, assist in the transition of a new baby, as well as providing sibling support.
